# Billing questions

All billing related questions (upgrades, refunds, etc) are processed by our billing department which is available via email at [billing@mochahost.com](mailto:billing@mochahost.com) or you can also open a billing related ticket using our [support system](https://mochahost.com/support.php). 

Our LiveChat operators will also be able to assist you with basic billing related questions.

Our Billing Team standard business hours are:

Sunday-Monday, 6:00am UTC to 9:00pm UTC.
