# Enable Private JVM for cPanel account in WHM (VPS/Cloud only)

**NOTE:** This tutorial applies for our Java VPS/Cloud servers, or any VPS/Cloud server purchased with our Private JVM plugin ONLY!

1. In order to enable Private JVM for cPanel account on your VPS/Cloud server you need to login in WHM.

2. Click on **Plugins**

3. Click on **Private JVM V2**

Choose **cPanel user** from the Account Selection box. Choose **Memory Heap Size** from the drop down menu in the Additional options box and finally click **Install JVM**.

Now go back and login in your cPanel panel for the account, and click on **Private JVM option**, you should be able to configure your private JVM server.
