# FileZilla TLS Issue

If you are unable to connect to our FTP service with FileZilla when using TLS connection and getting similar errors:

**Status: Initializing TLS...\
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity**

Please, change your FileZilla settings and disable the TLS authentication to **"Plain FTP"**.  This will resolve the FileZilla connection issue 99% of the time.
