# I can"t login to my site control panel

If you are experiencing problems loging to your control panel please, check:

1. Make sure that you are using the **proper control panel admin link - as specified in your Welcome email**. If you are waiting for your domain to propogate you will need to use the alternative access link as specified in your Welcome email.

2. **IMPORTANT:** IF YOU HAVE A FIREWALL ON YOUR COMPUTER/NETWORK PLEASE ALLOW OUTSIDE CONNECTIONS TO INTERNET PORT 19638. BLOCKING THE CONNECTION TO PORT 19638 - WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ACCESSING OUR WEB BASED SITE CONTROL PANEL. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO YOUR FIREWALL DOCUMENTATION OR CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM/NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

3. Double check your username and password - **your username should not contain any upper case letters**.
