# Installing Windows and Parallels Updates

Please:

* **Do NOT manually install ANY Windows Updates**. These are being installed by our Tech Support

* **Do NOT perform manual updates via the Parallels Power Panel.** We perform these updates

If you perform any of the 2 updates **your VPS will become inaccessible and we will NOT be able to recover it.**

Please contact our support if you need assistance with any updates or with your VPS
