# OS upgrades

Please **do NOT perform OS upgrades** on your container.

For example if you try to upgrade your Ubuntu to a newer version the VPS will crash and we will need to re-create it. **OS upgrades are currently NOT supported.**

If you need to change your VPS version please contact our support and we will create a new container for you
