# Site builder publishing error

When using your Easy Site Builder, and attempting to publish your web site, you may get the following error:

**The site cannot be published to the specified location. Cannot connect to the host via ftp**

The above error means that your domain name is not pointing to our service. You need to point your domain name to our web servers in order to publish your website.
