# Where do I upload my site files?

Please note that you need to upload your site files to remote folder/host directory in order for your site files to be accessible from your site/domain.

**For your exact FTP host (IP) name, username and password please check your Welcome e-mail**. If you do not have a copy of your Welcome email please, contact our support so that we can re-send it to you.

Please, note that your FTP username is **DIFFERENT** than your control panel username.
