If you are unable to connect to our FTP service with FileZilla when using TLS connection and getting similar errors:
Status: Initializing TLS…
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Please, change your FileZilla settings and disable the TLS authentication to “Plain FTP”. This will resolve the FileZilla connection issue 99% of the time.
