To change a password from the Domain Administrator account via SmarterMail, please follow the steps below:
  1. Login to your SmarterMail panel with the Domain Administrator User.
  1. Choose Domain Settings from the icons above.
  1. Click on Accounts.
  1. Double click on the account you wish to change the password for.
  1. Click on the … button choose Change Password.
  1. Type the new password and click Save.
