How to transfer my e-mails?

In order for you to transfer your emails from one server to another server, please follow these steps:

  1. Set up a POP3 account on any e-mail client for example Thunderbird, Outlook, Mail or any other. Download all of your emails from server A (i.e. your current server). If you need help on how to set up a POP3 account you check our FAQ for related articles.

  2. Login in the control panel of your new server (i.e server B) and create the e-mail address that you need.

  3. As soon as the e-mail is created set up IMAP account in the same e-mail client, but it should be connected to server B.

  4. After you have the 2 accounts set up in the mails client select the e-mail messages from the POP3 mailbox and use the drag&drop function to move the emails from email account A to email account B
