If you are experiencing problems loging to your control panel please, check:
  1. Make sure that you are using the proper control panel admin link - as specified in your Welcome email. If you are waiting for your domain to propogate you will need to use the alternative access link as specified in your Welcome email.
  2. IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE A FIREWALL ON YOUR COMPUTER/NETWORK PLEASE ALLOW OUTSIDE CONNECTIONS TO INTERNET PORT 19638. BLOCKING THE CONNECTION TO PORT 19638 - WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ACCESSING OUR WEB BASED SITE CONTROL PANEL. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE REFER TO YOUR FIREWALL DOCUMENTATION OR CONTACT YOUR SYSTEM/NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
  3. Double check your username and password - your username should not contain any upper case letters.
