Important
Mochahost Managed WordPress plans do not include email hosting. If you have email configured for your current hosting plan, you must do one of the following:
- Migrate your email to one of our dedicated email hosting plans. We can assist you with this process.
- Migrate your email to another service provider of your choice (for example, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Zoho Mail).
Migrating your existing Mochahost plan to Mochahost Managed WordPress
If you are already a Mochahost customer, and you want to migrate your existing plan to Mochahost Managed WordPress, follow these steps:- Open a support ticket on the Hosting Panel. In the ticket, please specify:
- The existing plan you want to migrate.
- The Mochahost Managed WordPress plan that you want to migrate to.
- We will place the order on your behalf and begin the migration. If you are using email with your current plan, we will assist you with migrating that as well.
Note
If you prefer, you can place the order and migrate site files yourself. However, we recommend you still reach out to us by opening a ticket so we can verify your configuration.
- After the migration is complete, submit a cancellation request for the old hosting plan. We will apply any credits from the cancellation to your account.
