The .NET.NG domain is a closed second-level domain under Nigeria’s .NG ccTLD. It is used for activities related to the Internet and networks. Registration is approved by the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA).

Eligibility

.NET.NG is restricted to licensed Nigerian Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and telecommunications infrastructure providers.

Required Documents

To register a .NET.NG domain, please provide:
  1. NCC licence: a copy of the licence from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for providing Internet and telecoms services.
  2. Authorisation letter: a scanned copy of a letter on the company’s letterhead, including the company details and requesting registration of the domain.
