What is my FTP username and password?

All of the necessary login info for your FTP, Hosting Control Panel, etc is available inside the Welcome E-mail which you have received by the time your account has been activated. Please, review the Welcome email in details since it contains specific for your account type information.

Please, note that your FTP username is most likely different than your Hosting Control Panel username/password.

Please, note that you need to upload your site files to a specific folder outlined in your Welcome email in order for your website to be visible on the Internet.
