If you have already a domain name which has been registered with another registrar (which is most likely your previous hosting company) you can start using your domain name with your new hosting account purchased from us by following these simple steps to point your domain name to us. NOTE: If you are in the middle of transferring your domain name to us, you do NOT need to wait for the transfer to complete before you can start using your domain name with your hosting account. Simply follow the procedure below.
  1. Check your account activation email (Welcome email) which you have received from us, and obtain the names of the 2 DNS servers listed in the email (should be under section DNS SERVER INFORMATION or DOMAIN NAME SETUP). This information might be available in your control panel as well. If uncertain, please contact our support.
  2. Now that you have your 2 DNS servers’s names, please contact your CURRENT domain registrar (this is most likely your previous hosting company), and request that they update your domain name with our two DNS servers. You most likely can do this on your own through their support portal - for your convenience we are including several step-by-step tutorials for some of the most popular DNS registrars which you can use to update your DNS servers on your own, without further delays:

  1. Once you make the change it may take 24-72 hours for the DNS change to propagate throughout the Internet completely. To be able to see the change on your end quicker please, review the two following articles:
