My domain has been transferred - what"s next?

If your domain name appears to have been transferred already to us, and you can confirm that at your billing account (Domain Transfer STATUS CHECK article) by seeing the following status message:

"Transferred and paid successfully"

..but the domain name is not yet connected with your hosting account with us, and you are still seeing your old website or old provider hosting account, you need to complete the additional step required in our our "How to change DNS servers for domains hosted with MochaHost" FAQ article.
